A quick note for parents
Payment is due in advance for ad hoc bookings. For regular bookings payment is due on the 28th day of the preceding month (e.g. 28 September for October).
Booking and Fees
Fee structure
The Club charges an initial one-off Registration Fee of £20 per family.
(Registration is an OFSTED requirement).
Fees are payable in advance.
Fees are charged for booked sessions whether the child attends or not.
Fees are charged at:
- £8.95 per session for our Breakfast Clubs
- £19.50 per session for regular bookings for our After School Clubs (pick-up to 6pm)
- £19.95 per session for ad-hoc bookings for our After School Clubs (pick-up to 6pm)
- £44.00 per day session for our Holiday Clubs (8.00am - 6.00pm)
An invoice will be sent on receipt of a booking.
Fees can then be paid by:
- Childcare vouchers
- Bank transfer
- Direct Debit
- Government Tax-Free Childcare Scheme
Club Kidz recognises that childcare can be costly, so we encourage eligible parents or carers to claim the childcare element of the Working Tax Credit.
Late Fees – Please be aware
There is a charge of £1 per minute per child for late collection, which will be added to the invoice
