Breakfast Club Assistant (Level 2 or 3 Qualified)

Club Kidz runs fun, engaging Breakfast, After School and Holiday Clubs across St Albans for children aged 3–12. We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring Breakfast Club Assistant to join our friendly, well-established team.
If you have a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification and enjoy helping children start their day with energy, creativity and confidence, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating a safe, happy and welcoming environment for children before school.
- Planning and supporting a variety of activities including arts & crafts, sports, music, games and cooking.
- Encouraging children's independence, confidence and social development.
- Working as part of a supportive and experienced team.
Hours
We can be flexible, but we're ideally looking for someone available:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 9:00am
- Additional hours are available during school holidays by mutual agreement.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Is enthusiastic, reliable and motivated.
- Has a great sense of humour and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Is passionate about working with children and helping them thrive.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo appropriate safeguarding checks, including references from previous employers and an Enhanced DBS check.
